Revived Living offers a number of different therapies to help you switch off and relax or focus on achieving a goal or working through a challenge.

You know how us women can feel like life is like walking through treacle sometimes, a relentless juggling of balls with no end in sight? Maybe something has happened, you’ve had a big realisation and you want to make big changes but you don’t know where to start? You just feel stuck.
What I do is use a variety of therapies to give you clarity to focus on your goal, and guide you through the process of making that change, putting you in control of your life.
