Had a fantastic time on Friday celebrating my niece’s Hen Do (2nd) on your Opening Night - loved the ‘Strawberry Daiquiri Fountain;’ the amazing ambience; comprehensive cocktail menu; super friendly staff and the brilliant band - live music is the best but enjoyed the varied music in The Havana Club where we danced the night away after experiencing the roof terrace and starting the night at the Outdoor Patio. Seems to have something for everyone so will definitely be back. Just one thing, thought the hats and maracas were a great touch but we ( party of 12 ) didn’t get either😢 Why not have enough for all or at least a few for each group?!?

We came here for drinks and a bit of food. Unfortunately at 8pm we were told they were full despite us sitting at an empty8 person table. The restaurant area which didn’t look any different from the area we were sitting at had three empty tables but was still ‘full ‘ but booked. Come on! This must be bad management and business acumen. They should have been saying we can’t accommodate you there but as you are sitting at an empty 8 person table gladly we will take your order! No way we were told!

We were prepared to sit here drink and eat for a few hours. Surely that’s enough? Obviously not. We won’t be back as the staff aren’t accommodating or able to think outside the box. Come on! That’s what business is about isn’t it? Unless you have booked a big standard table for two don’t even bother. Over priced drinks pornstar martinis which arnt Vodka based rum? What’s that about??? £9.45. Not worth it when you can get two excellent for 10 up the road at oven and shaker. I’m not usually one to rant but this is exceptionally bad!!

Went to the opening event to be turned away as my partner was wearing denim knee length shorts. May I add I was wearing a skirt a lot shorter (bit sexist hmm?)



I'm not even that offended that their was a dress code, it was the fact they decided to enforce it literally as we turned up at 8:30pm. This so called dress code was not mentioned on the invite and is very misleading.



Glad I didn't get in tbh because we discovered the food at Lola Jeans to be amazing.



I just think you need to be more informative about your last minute dress codes before issuing invites to people. Most of the men I came across that evening wear wearing shorts at it was still so hot outside!



Shame I can't comment on the food and drink, I was looking forward to it.

I was really looking forward to food and drinks here, to celebrate marrying my wife. Disappointingly, it took over an hour for our food to be served and when it did arrive the food was luke-warm. Our waiter seemed out of her depth, and spent the majority of the night apologising for wait times, without offering any explanation as to why the food was taking so long or any assurances! Where was the manager at this point? Seems to me they were either by the pass hiding from the situation or clearing tables. Shame I didn’t heed the warnings when I was turned away on Sunday due to 45 minute wait times, despite the restaurant being empty and me stressing we were celebrating!
