Love this place but bar staff should be as attentive as the waiting staff! Numerous times waiting at the bar whilst staff are stood at the other end chatting!

Arrived at 7pm bought cocktails and asked for a table for 2 which was agreed no problem (bought a revolution card for £3 which gives 25% off food before 9pm) got seated upstairs with menu. 30mins later we hadn’t been acknowledged so went up and asked staff for someone to take our order, to be told to take a seat and someone will be over shortly as they had things to sort out. 15 minutes later we spotted a manager and had to get up to ask again for our order to be taken, she then came over straight away. Our starter came within 15mins Of ordering which was fine. We then waited for our mains.... 9pm approached so we went to the bar to order more cocktails while the 2-4-1 offer was still on. We had now spend £32 on drinks with hardly any dinner. We pulled a waitress aside and asked to speak to a manager as we had been waiting 2 hours for dinner by then and was getting too late. She returned 2 mins later saying they are very busy and our food would be free of charge and mains arrived seconds later. The steak was not cooked to order (very rare ) and chicken burger was burnt . We swiftly eat what we could (not much ) and left. Spending £32 on what was supposed to be a treat night out but ended up without dinner. This is a great bar but on busy nights should not cater as a restaurant as they are to busy.

we arrived to be given 2 coats at our table. No que jump, shit table and asked for more money � slow service, no drinks for 1 hour and the boy kept asking for his coat back ��

Paid for a booth over a month in advance but arrived to be given a normal table as there was no booths left. Waste of money and had the staff demanding more money from us claiming we had underpaid. Not what you want for a friends birthday.

Paid extra money and arrived with no que jump and boys given us their coats like we’re cloak clerts. Super slow service and no booth as promised.

I don't hate it in revs but wanted to let you know I ate there Tuesday before the quiz and I have food poisoning :/ soooo no more food in there again for me! Drinks, staff, atmosphere are fine!

Having waited 15 mins from ordering my drink and no one else in the place, still waiting. We left shortly afterwards. Never going back!!!

Celebrating my daughters birthday ! What a shambles. Was us a table for 7 ansa table for 2 other side ! No excuse as wasn't busy !

We waited 20 mins to be asked for a drink order ! 90 mins till dinne arrived. It was a stone cold pizza and barely warm chips. We asked to be the heated as we didn't want to wait another 90 mins. Guessing it was ready and waiting for least 20 mins to be cold ! In mean time we ordered more drinks. After 20 mins asked where they were. Just being made 15 mins later we cancelled the drink order ate our food and left ! Imagine if was busy !!!! The manager reduced our bill. Just as well as nothing was worth Paying for ! The service was discusting. And why ? No explaining to why and forgetting drinks ? We took our cake and cancelled them bringing it out as wasn't sure that was gonna be coming any Time soon. In there for 3 hours. Only one drink and a Luke warm dinner. No thanks !

Attend with caution. Especially if 2 people are in there already. You may need to wait a while ! Horrendous experience !
