Awesome work from Amy last night, working on a ballistic clinch from extreme close quarters, then creating distance by popping the shoulder and biceps into the assailants head, then attaching to their head, hair, neck or clothing, and finally following up with repeated strikes.

Do you use weed killer at home? Or do you live in a rural area with the routine use of pesticides?
There's a very recent study which links higher pesticide exposure to increased risk of autism and intellectual disability.
Could pesticide levels in the food we eat be contributing to increased risk too?

Today, I'm creating 42 short (30-45s) exercise demo videos for my private FB group. The videos, including a breakdown of the teaching points of each exercise, will help both my PT and group training clients perform at a higher level, maximising the benefits and minimising the risks involved.
These videos, along with videos showing trigger point therapy techniques, mobility and flexibility exercises, and progressions for skills such as handstands and muscle ups, will also be put into a database for my new online training program which should be released in the next 2-3 months.

A little bit of padwork with my client Martin Aldred, to finish off a tough strength training session on Monday night.
Martin has made huge progress in a short space of time.
He's built considerable muscle and strength whilst working with me.
... He's performing weighted pull-ups.
He's also well on his way to performing a one arm push up.
His nutrition habits continue to improve to give his body the fuel he needs to maintain muscle mass and strength and to fuel gains in both areas.

I'm currently studying A trigger point therapy course through NAT, and I'm learning about the science behind what a trigger point is, why it occurs, and how to treat trigger points ourselves with a number of tools.
The video below gives a good introduction to trigger points, although some of the explanation is probably a little bit outdated now,

Some more progress on my handstand journey.
Although I can regularly hit a 60 second handstand on the floor, I'm finding it quite a struggle to transition to the parallettes.
From this video I can see that I need to improve my shoulder mobility. This will result in a straighter line, requiring less effort to hold.

How much screen time do you clock up each day?

I'm going trying out a physiotherm infrared sauna today.
From my research, it seems there is evidence that infrared sauna therapy can help alleviate muscular aches and pains, reduce inflammation and inflammatory conditions such as arthritis, can help strengthen the immune system, can help in the treatment/possible prevention of Parkinsons, and may help in the treatment and prevention of some cancers.
Has anybody here tried an infared sauna? Anybody up to date on the science? ...Have anything good or bad to say about infrared saunas? Have any links to research/science on any of the claims that manufacturers and users make?
