We switched up our overnight annual spa trip with a day spa and we would all definitely return back. Lovely pool and spa facilities which included foot spa (there are 2), a salt room, sauna and steam room and monsoon showers. (These were a bit comical when you first try them with the noises). We had a private relaxation room for our light lunch and i thoroughly recommend Tina who provides a massage and facial. I actually felt like I was going to sleep, which never happens. The reception woman with the red hair was very friendly and made us feel very welcome.



The only suggestion I would make is to add a nice salad option to the light lunch options if possible.



Overall a lovely and relaxing day and catch up with the ladies in great surroundings.

The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating when we arrived, especially with my dietary needs.We were a big group of 10 friends celebrating a birthday.The back and shoulder massage I had was one of the best I have had recently.We did miss not having access to a jacuzzi but that’s just something we compromised on in order to go somewhere altogether as such a large group!

Lovely spa day with friends . All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Great massage and facial. Everything beautifully clean. Only negative was other guests leaving towels on hotbeds to keep them reserved and could do with more lounging areas by the pool. Otherwise a fantastic day and excellent value for money . Will definitely return.

Looking forward to my afternoon of fitness and relaxation only to find the pool very busy and can't believe how pig headed some people are about lane swimming, appreciate the pool is small but come on we all want a go!

Then the salt steam room wasn't working properly, there's been no music in there for months & no ambience.

The ladies changing room a mess from a spa day do t people take the robes back to the desk anymore if not then there needs to be someone to clean it up on a regular basis in the day, seems that things are shabby has all the money gone to the retreat ???? !!!!

Well, Sittingbourne seems to be following the same path as Bexley. Lots of stuff needing attention.

Sun shower has 17 tubes not working, and they don't keep a stock of them to replace when they don't work.

Air conditioning in female changing rooms not been working all through last summer and up to now. Different excuses given each time when questioned.

The apparatus for the classes is inferior and all needs replacing plus there are a shortage of noodles and floats for everyone in the class.

The turnover of staff is unbelievable lately, there seems to have been a mass exodus, do they know something that we don't??? So disappointing they really need to look after their existing members. And these special offers with two months free are not fair on regular members either.

The 1hr treatments were actually 1hr 10 minutes..... apparently they allow 10 mins for consultation. I went up at 2, i was back down by 3.10......you can also hear music from the pool in the treatment rooms!

Monsoon showers didnt work

2 water zumba classes were going on so loud i could not hear myself speak, so we moved to relaxation room where music is also played in there at the same level!

I paid over £200 for this and I complained to Spa Breaks, they have taken a month to get back to me as Reynolds was too busy to reply, only to be told i could have a spa pass worth £35 when I am already a member in Sittingbourne and Rainham....... its £25 there! Joke, wouldnt recommend it

I generally like the Bexley gym and it's classes and the staff are very friendly but feel that it is a bit shabby. Things take quiet a while to be repaired including the sink in the Men's gym(in the summer), broken shower doors, hairdryers etc...Also I know that it is the gym that we all go there for but the Car Par is a mess(and not just because it is Autumn), all year it needed a good tidy around the parking bays and especially the rubbish containers which just spill over and give a bad first impression as they are by the entrance. Two pot holes are also starting to appear! I filled in a form asking for members feedback a couple of months ago and requested a follow up courtesy call from management but I have received no such call. With Birchwood Park Country Club investing £5 million in a new swimming pool and gym facilities a couple of miles away I strongly feel that Reynolds need to 'Up their Game' if they want to maintain current levels of membership as the monthly subscription are/will be very similar.

As a gift to my Mum for her 70th Birthday and my Daughters 21st Birthday, Was looking forward to spend the day here the 3 of us, for these special occasions and enjoy 3 treatments each through the day.



Unfortunately therapist off sick, disappointing for us but completely understand. Karen tried to have our day moved to the retreat, unfortunately unable to accommodate our booking. We considered moving our day to January, however wouldn't be the same experience as only 1 therapist works on a Sunday.... Our only day of week the 3 of us are available...we had all booked today as holiday for today!!!



Was advised for the same experience on a Sunday to move our booking to the retreat, was happy to do this until told it would be an extra £10 per person!!!!! Which to some may not seem that much more of an expense, it's not. However, under the circumstances, I really feel that it is unacceptable customer care of service. To be told they would throw in a 2 course meal, which would make up the extra costs is disgraceful. We do not want the meal as a light lunch is already included in our day. For the sake of £30 you wish to charge us, for the lack of prestige customer care service... NO THANKS.! I'll have a full refund of £462, I'll treat my family else where.

Left the gym recently as the cleanliness in the spa and gym was poor and the car park was getting worse and worse. The equipment takes for ever to get fixed and the place just needs some TLC. In the mens changing rooms there is mould in places which has been there since I joined a couple of years ago and got worse and worse. Just needed lockers removing to get to the corners they could not get to and the issues treated but they just spent to much on the new resort and it showed as Bexley suffered more and more.
