I have 40 years experience working as teacher and counsellor.

I Have worked with many children with learning problems, adhd, phobias, trauma, issues of self esteem, bereavement and many other issues. I work with adults who are facing a variety of issues such as anxiety, panic attacks, relationship problems, feeling stuck in life, adult survivors of abuse, depression and many more problems.

I have experience and qualifications working with people on the autistic spectrum and this has given me insights which I am able to bring to my counselling. I am also happy to discuss any problems parents may feel they have providing the best care for their children and will advise schools if they are amenable to this.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and abide by their code of ethics. I am CRB checked (details on request) I am happy to discuss issues without charge while you decide whether I am the right counsellor for your problems
