We also have 4 syndicated waters these being the Avenue, home to over 15 40's upto 53lbs + , Acton Burnell top and bottom lake home to a massive head of big Carp with the lower lakes largest inhabitant weighing 54lbs + , Weston Park which is home a gorgeous boathouse available to anglers seeking week sessions with the luxury of a 19th Century grade 2 listed boathouse, lastly The Sitch home to over 450 stunning fish all with massive potential with the number of 30lb fish increasing week on week, with surroundings to die for.

Where do I start. What an unbelievable 1st session after having a break from fishing (due to having a special needs child) an to come here to unknown waters 2.5 hours away from where I live. I was excited on arrival. As soon as I checked in I was quickly given tips by tom on the direction on where to cast. Before I knew it I was in for a run. Not 1 fish but landed 5 fish to 25lb before the 1st evening ended. Unfortunately I have still yet to catch my 1st UK 30+lber. But given the weather conditions with the sun blazing and the unbearable heat the carp were feeding and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The fishery is well looked after and will definitely be back
Where do I start iv still the rest of the day to go unbelievable experience so far as iv bein only fishing just under a year an to come here well let's say I was excited but nervous on arrival I was quickly looked after by tom gave me tips paid off stright away maybe (luck) but tom knows the lakes inside out great knowledge of basically everything to do with where and how to fish very helpful and thanks to all the team for an experience I won't forget I'll be back soon Gary.
What an amazing place! Smashed my personal best both times fishing on Monument 1! Highly recommend if you are looking to catch your first 30lb fish! I have just been lucky enough to land a stunner at 34lb 6oz. Definitely be back in the future.

My first trip to monument 1 and had 2 fish lovely place and the owner and son are great will definitely be going back
Me and my lad fished monument 2 twice last year .. we loved it .. the first visit was on peg 10 and I broke my PB a cracking mirror at 32lb 13 oz I was told it was called Edwardo but later found out on a video a chap a friend of robs caught it first and they called it Edward after him maybe they changed the name slightly then my son caught a cracking mirror at 19lb 10 oz he is still looking for the elusive 20 .. then my son lost one and then I must have caught the smallest fish in the lake wasn’t even a pound but great markings on it and on a 20 mill boilie .. our second visit was later on last year on peg 1 and we blanked royaly but that’s carp fishing what a great fishery and everyone is very helpful we have booked on 2 sessions on the week of the 27th of may this year and unsurprisingly yes on peg 10 .. we would love to catch jigsaw what a fish that one is ..
Loved it.... Caught my PB on my first visit, it’s not a runs water but definitely worth the hard work. Nice and clean, pegs are well maintained, toilets on site and you can arrange for a top breakfast to be delivered. I’ll definitely be going back!!

I did a cold 36hr session on the 22nd of December with a mate. I managed to blank but my pal had 2 crackers, the biggest weighing 35lb on the dot! Great facilities with a top bailiff. I will be back to redeem myself 😂
Great set up nice clean pegs quiet lakes and the chance of big fish. Gutted to blank but will be back to try monument 2 out in the summer

Fished little avenue beginning of October and had a great time. Although it didn’t fish well when we were there Rob and the team did everything to help and make sure we had the best chance of catching. Hard work paid of with a fish in the final hour. Unbelievable place to fish. ��
First trip here. Quite impressed with the layout and swims. Conditions not good as it's bright and very cold. Fish moving on Monument 1 but nothing caught. Got a couple of hours left so maybe still a chance. I'll be coming back!
