From JAN 2019 we are implementing a NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE for any appointment made with us. This fee will be DEDUCTED off the total cost of treatment.
HOWEVER, if you fail to attend your appointment or cancel without giving 48 HOURS NOTICE then the fee may be taken to cover that appointment.
