Orca Hypalon, Chiorino PU (Polyurethane), Lloyds Isothalic Resins & Gell Coats, Marine Ply, Composite Boards.
With over 50 year's of combined experience in the boat building industry first with Tornado Boats now with XS RIBS, we have the in depth knowledge to carry out all of the above. We mainly specialise in RIB Re Tube but we can also carry out simpler repairs and complete refurbishments of any type of boat. All work is carried out at our factory in East Yorkshire using the finest materials and leading technology.

The 500L stainless under deck tank has finally arrived and been installed into the 990 twin diesel! We can finally finish this off ready for the ICE3 console and engine installation!
Finally opened the box for the ICE3 suspension console, now to work how to get the wiring and fuel lines down into the under deck looms!! Tank to be designed and ordered ASAP!

The Mexico 850 tube work completed, just fitting of the fuel tank and seating to be done!
Under deck structure of a 7m Rib.
Tube has gone on the 8.5 for Mexico. Should be finished by the end of the week!

A 12 year old XS come in for a retube, it’s had a hard life at two sailing schools in Scotland.
A 9m in the mould, ready to be top decked. This one is going to Mexico!
Nearly finished, life lines and seating to be done next. Colour looks better then I thought.!
We don’t do many in this colour, will see what it looks like when we are finished!
Tornado 5.8m that came in for a full refurbishment and retube, as you can see the boat now looks like new. Just needs the console fitting and the non slip gel coat deck and it will be ready to collect.
