Having merged my company Impact 9 with Quick By Design, we are a full-service website and digital marketing agency.

I set up Impact 9 to help charities and small businesses have an impact with their digital marketing. Having worked in the charity sector for over 10 years I want to be able to share the knowledge and best practice I’ve learnt over that time. I’ve worked for the biggest charity in the UK, Cancer Research UK, and probably the smallest charity, The Joanna Brown Trust, which is a charity I founded in memory of my sister.

Impact 9 and The Joanna Brown Trust are both born from the same desire to help people. Something my sister once said to me which has always stayed with me is. . . ‘you have the ability to help people’.

That is why I’ve worked in the charity sector for 10 years, it’s the reasons why I set up The Joanna Brown Trust and now Impact 9.
