Brand new @shimanoroad bottom bracket but got to make sure the crankset can be removed easily at the end of the bottom brackets life - Assembly paste by @cyclon_uk prevents parts seizing that are static in their position, the bearings (which spin) on the shimano bb-71 are sealed within all of the plastic housing so the crankshaft is then static in the plastic. Grease for bearings and Assembly paste to stop all other parts seizing and as a great weather barrier

Rich has done a fantastic job on my bike converting the gears from an old 3x9 Shimano system to the new Sram GX Eagle 1x12. I took it out to Bedgebury and it was working fantastic. Highly recommend. Thank you Rich.

Rich Sherman is just amazing. The service I have received is second to none.... Pulled out all the stops to get my bike built ready to race today, chased down a DPD delivery which if he hadn't we were out of the game today. Really don't believe that him and his wife did that for me, not enough words to thank them for what they did. He picked up the frame and components on Wednesday afternoon and set about building it, to be fair he faced so many challenges with this build but dealt with them all, up until midnight Wednesday evening trying to sort out bottom bracket issues (my wife now knows a great deal about bottom brackets) which continued through until this morning hence the chasing down of DPD :-). Would highly recommend Rich all round great guy and fantastic service....

I've had my winter bike back now for about 2 weeks, I reckon it rides better than when it was new. Amazing how much wear occurs on these road bikes but Rich did a great job collected and delivered a really top rate service , highly recommended!!!

Highly recommend Rich Sherman Performance Servicing. Went for a spin on my freshly serviced bike today and so pleased with how good it feels! Asked Rich to change the cassette and derailleur for more gear options. All parts priced in advance, bike collected and delivered back to me looking much smarter than it's looked for a very long time! Great job Rich..... thanks!
