Had an excellent experience buying a car from Richard Nash on Rouen Rd, Norwich. I was taken care of by Eamonn. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also wasn't at all pushy, which I loved. He answered all my questions, took time to show me the car and took a test drive. As it wasn't a new car, I bought an extended warranty to add another couple of years on to the free year's warranty. I think the 3 year warranty was a good purchase as well as the car I bought. I would thoroughly recommend Richard Nash if you're looking for a car and want a good service.

Having read good reviews (albeit on their own website - go figure!) I was disappointed by the frosty reception by an older salesman at the city centre showroom this morning. Having also read the other honest (ie. not faked or cherrypicked) review above - alluding to the true standard of their 'aftercare' - I'm glad to be talking my business elsewhere.
