Unhappy

Went in and was quoted £30 for a part and £5 to have it fitted in a one day service. Tried several times to get in touch with them over a week, and was unable to; phone rang out or mechanic wasn't in. When finally got in touch, was quoted £115 for a completed job, including new parts that I didn't even ask for!!! No communication from them at all to let us know that it needed extra parts, and what the cost was. Thankfully, after going into store and discussing it with them, they knocked off some of the price, but I'm not happy that there was no communication.

Sold me faulty £50 wheel then refused to refund me when I immediately returned it.

Great service from the guys at Richardson's. I had quite a few problems with my bike and the whole thing was sorted for an amazing price. They rang me and went through all the issues before starting. Can't complain!

Went in today. Very helpful and pleasant chap running the shop. Didn't purchase anything but good first impressions.
