How cycle shops should be run. Expert, friendly advice and enough stock for most eventualities and if it not is stock, normally a couple of days at most. Could not recommend these guys enough 👍

Just collected my Mercian from Richardsons after a major refit: handbuilt wheels, new cables and bars. Brilliant service, lots of advice in selecting the appropriate components, all assembled and checked out for a very reasonable price.

If you are in the Southend area they should definitely be first choice for a new bike. I picked up a custom order Surly from them. They couldn't be more helpful, patient and expert in making sure that you get a bike and level of specification that is exactly right for you.
