Super nice staff! We showed up while on a bicycle tour of the U.K. and Robby came out and helped us make a few adjustments. Very kind and knowledgeable!

Took my bike here for a service, it rattles worse now than before. I should have asked what was included but for 60 quid it just looks like they have smeared oil over my chain set. They also said I needed new break pads and cables, but the brakes don't feel any different. They didn't even clean the bike at all. It certainly didn't have that fresh out of the box feeling that they promise on the website. Won't be using again.
