Took my sons bike to another bike shop in town initially. They had it for 2 weeks and the part had still not arrived ( crank). They said it would be another 2 - 8 weeks for delivery from their supplier!!! Phoned Richardsons, had the part in stock and all sorted same day!! Fantastic service. Thank you!
