Often a tech bargain to be had here. The guys are helpful. If you are prepared to go for last year's model instead of cutting edge you will find a deal. The store internals are a lite tired but it is fine for the stack them high sell them cheap. Look out for the Richer Sounds warranty which in my opinion is excellent value for money unlike almost all other warranties in tech equipment.

I was guided by Simon in a friendly and expert way to the equipment which was most suitable for my requirements. My lack of expertise meant this took some time. I have been buying from Richer Sounds since the early days of London Bridge and they are my default choice for this type of purchase. A pleasure to deal with.

Norwich Richer Sounds are fantastic. The advice was spot on and weighted towards my needs. This allowed me to make an informed decision based on my preconceptions and their extrema knowledge. Very helpful, always willing to go out of their way to give you a demo and then offer full backup with ongoing advice if needed. Oh, and the prices are as good as they are, you won't find cheeper but if you do simply tell them and guess what? Yep you go it.

Outstanding customer service when I came in with an enquiry about a Digital to Analogue Converter. Staff - Simon in particular - went above and beyond the call of duty to help, with no obligation to buy. Hugely impressed and will shop at Richer again.

Been shopping all my video and audio here for many years. Good prices, great staff with the knowledge of enthusiasts not salesmen. Always helpful and obliging. Best guarantee in the business, six years for 10% of cost and if you don't claim you get the cost of the guarantee back! If you do claim its straightforward and no hassles. I do not recommend many places but I can with Richer Sounds. Peter was very helpful during my last purchase.

The shop's staff are enthusiastic and courteous at all times, taking time to explain the various qualities of the setups related to our requirements. We were not rushed and were prompted to have time to consider the options and ask further questions. The whole experience was very reassuring for novices like us, we will be back!

Outstanding service from Pete White at the Norwich store from beginning to end. He demonstrated a bespoke Home Cinema set up initially. He then came to my home FOC to look at what was possible. He made recommendations based on my budget. Once I'd accepted his recommendation, he made all of the arrangements on my behalf with the installer. What I still can't believe is that he came to my house on his day off to help out with the installation to keep the costs down. That is above and beyond anything I could have expected. My Home Cinema is now up and running and it's just fantastic. Thanks Pete - amazing job.
