Love Richer Sounds. The staff are always overly helpful and friendly, top notch advice and service and no pushy salesmen, and all staff have proper hifi knowledge.

Was looking to buy a flat screen 4k Samsung TV either from John Lewis or Richer Sounds. Both have the TV for the same price and JL offer a 5 year warranty and RS offer 6 years. I wasn't to bothered about the extra year. However after visiting John Lewis and not being overly impressed i walked into Richer sounds and met with a young man called Nayeb who was extremely knowledgeable polite and helpful. He helped me work out the right size of TV for my room and showed me some examples of what could work and also helped keep my toddler quite with a lollipop haha now that is what i call service made it very simple to choose and in a nice relaxed environment with no pressure!!! Very pleasantly surprised much better than the Birmingham store i usually visit!!! :-) Thank you and keep up the excellent work!!! :-) Very happy with my new TV also!!!

Absolutely brilliant store, dealt with Stuart who came out to my house and designed a system for the room at no extra cost. He gave me a list of products he recommended, I looked online and couldn't find any of them cheaper. He set up the products in store for me to show what we would be getting, again at no extra cost. After purchase I set it up and phoned Stuart for some advice, which he was only to happy to help with. Had the cinema room up and running a couple of months now and it's brilliant, I couldn't recommend this store and Stuart any more highly

Thank you for all your help today in store Neyab! Best customer service and it is clear the people who work there are honest and passionate about the products instead of trying to do a quick sale. They even gave us free mugs, lollies and money for the parking after we completed the sale! Was well worth travelling here as opposed to other electronic retailers. The staff had so much patience and I will be back to visit again when I move out and require my own sound system :)

Absolutely amazing retailer! Purchased many things from here before and the deputy manager 'Stuart' has always given me the absolute best customer service possible. He goes to every length to ensure you leave satisfied, never found a more helpful salesman than him! Great store, great staff and great products!

Went to the Solihull branch in the search of a new fairly high end AV amp. Martin and his team couldn't have been more helpful. Martin spent as long as I needed with me, steering towards what he believed would be best for me. I was even allowed to have a home trial of an amp as we both agreed that things can sound totally different in different environments. As it goes, I ended up returning the 'trial' amp and going for the flagship model. Martin and his team are a credit to Richer Sounds and I will definitely be back to buy more things. Top marks.
