Richer Sounds, Watford

As expected - good selection, good pricing and knowledgeable manager but not a relaxing place to try and make a choice.

First time that I've used any Richer Sounds for several years. Very able n helpful even tho I was only buying 30m of speaker cables. They recommended a suitable cheaper option rather than pushing me up the price list. And then knocked a few quid off without me asking. I'll definitely be returning n purchasing more items.

Nice, helpful staff who also seem quite knowledgeable, though I do sometimes find myself wondering if they get extra commission for promoting particular brands/items, though I've no evidence to support this...

The guys at Richer Watford are mega friendly, they have extensive knowledge of their products and always willing to help and spend as much time over the phone or face to face to ensure that you are satisfied. Looking forward to receiving my Panasonic 4K

Lloyd gave fantastic advice, offered a really good price and when I couldn't get the kit to work (I didn't have it connected right) he came out to help me and got it all up and running.

I found my whole experience with my dealings with Richer Sounds in Watford to be superb from start to finish, excellent staff and service. A particular mention must go to the Deputy Manager 'Lloyd' who was incredibly helpful and professional. After purchasing a Yamaha AV Amp and setting it up, I found that my Virgin Tivo box was causing issues with the Amp and would not display on my TV. Lloyd was very helpful with his advice on getting a solution. However after a call to Virgin it became evident that a solution could not be found for this amp. Lloyd very kindly arranged to take back the amp and I was able to get an upgraded model (at a special manager's discount) and the problem has now been solved. First class 5 stars, I would highly recommend Richer Sounds to all and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you.

Brilliant. Richer Sounds are one of the few companies in my experience which actually has customer service and cares about its customers. Nothing is too much trouble. I ordered a new Cartridge for my record player and they happily installed it for me. Brilliant Service! This is why I keep coming back.

Been coming here for years now..great staff and don't try and harass you fob you off into buying something and very unbiased unlike some big electrical outlets..

One of the best customer service experiences I've experienced. They put themselves out to be helpful and there was plenty of time to demo kit without at any point feeling rushed. Excellent job. 😀
