tonight we ordered take away ,very impressed with the size and quality of the food ,,will be ordering again very soon ,,as for the milkshakes WOW

Wow. These burgers (take away) we’re better quality than I’ve had in burger restaurants. I’m pregnant, burgers are my craving and these blew me away �

Wow, just wow! My husband had the double donut burger and I had the Cajun blue burger and we had some garlic bread too. Everything was just so delicious we savoured every bite � I have to say I’ve been to the US and travelled quite a bit in general but I think this was the best burger I’ve ever had! Reasonably priced, good service and lovely decor (we got a takeaway but would have sat in, it was lovely)

I would say one recommendation - we drove past you guys as your sign isn’t eye catching and makes it hard to spot you from the street. Might be helpful for getting new customers to brighten this up. Thanks everyone, we will be back!

The food was absolutely amazing, had the entire state burger and it was definitely worth the money and more. The milkshakes were so light and tasty I couldn’t stop drinking. The atmosphere and decor of the place just puts you in a general good mood. Air conditioned which was lovely in this current heat. Our waiter Jack was incredible, exactly what you want and expect from front of house staff, from polite to talkative and he made you feel very welcome and at home. Definitely would recommend eating here or getting take away.

The food is out of this world! I had the double cheeseburger and it was beautiful. Great service, reasonably priced. Milkshakes were a bit overpriced but I love water and asked for a bottle of water, got a giant glass bottle was worth the moeny, will be back again with more people :)

Ordered from here for the first time tonight. Absolutely amazing food �. Even supplied me with some extras with my order. Defo recommended and will order again.

Myself and my partner have regularly ordered take outs from here with no complaints. Today we dined in the restaurant and it was very pleasant - clean, good service, and as always delicious well cooked food ����

I tried the Empire State burger as my first taste of Richie's diner - only because they had run out of Krispy Kreme donuts.

I was not disappointed it was probably the best burger I've ever had. It was humongous and sooo tasty. 10/10. Much better than tgi Fridays burgers. I didn't even realise that it came with chips and purchased more by accident haha. But huge portions. Very happy. Today I'm ordering a delivery (hoping it will still be hot !) of the Krispy Kreme burger.

Have a lovely evening last night food portions were very generous and reasonable priced.

Had a lovely meal with my husband everything was delicious the mojitos were really good, service was great will definitely be going back xx

Girlfriend fancied a burger and we didn't want to go to a chain in Bluewater, we weren't disappointed by the food, the ribs were great and the burgers were huge, don't think I could've taken on the Empire State Burger!

Excellent food, nice staff and lovely decor. Highly recommend. The place was smaller than expected but they also do delivery.

As a last minute back up decision for a meal out, this was impeccable!



The starter tasted fantastic, the main was very filling and tasted great and the service was on point!



Not going to be a back up next time!

Amazing first time I have ever ordered from here! Food arrived on time and considering it was by delivery everything was hot chips were still crispy yum � portions were insane! Can't wait to visit the restaurant in a couple of weeks as I'm sure I will be even more impressed as it hasn't had to travel 4 miles! I would recommend to everyone ��

Had both a takeaway and eaten in and thoroughly enjoyed both experiences. Portion size is mental, potatoes skins starter was enough for me as a main. Attentive service and friendly staff. Plus they serve my favourite beer ‘Desperado’. Keep doing what you’re doing chaps

Previously I’ve always had a great service from Ritchie’s. 5* all day. Have ordered from them for years on & off, while fishing in the general area. Great food.



But unfortunately they changed their policy and have refused card payments of those ordering from the local fishing lake(s)



Hugely disappointed. Even more so when they confirmed I was a customer that had previously caused absolutely no issues, but they still couldn’t fulfil my order due to ‘new policy’ - absolute joke.



Annoying is an understatement.

Very disappointed, was looking forward to this...... but....after 1hr 30min wait, our delivery arrived. The beef patties I had in my burger were the only thing that tasted freshly made & was edible. The chicken & bacon burger my step son had was really tough & dried out, the bacon was nasty and had more fat than actual bacon, that ended up in the bin. The chips & onion rings were nothing like the images on the website, what we got was those cheap frozen ones like what you get from a bad kebab shop. Sorry but I’d rather have spent my money on a few McDonald’s.

Ordered food at 6.50pm to then get a phone call at 7.30pm saying something had gone wrong with the order and it wouldn’t be able to be delivered until 8.10pm, so reluctantly agreed........It then gets to 8.25pm still no food so phone them back to get called a liar and that they had said food actually wasn’t being prepared until 8.10pm and that they wouldn’t be able to deliver for another 45-60 mins, absolutely disgusting service and the staff are so rude. Should’ve listened to some of the reviews on here and gone else where. First and last time i will ever order from here............
