Good: Three services - through mainline SW trains plus TfL Overground & District Line termini....

Bad: no train route maps on main line platforms 1 & 2 anymore to guide you to your destination - these were taken away during the 2012 London Olympics and replaced with lots of useless adverts telling you how well the rail operating company was doing!

Bad: If you only wish to go one stop to Kew Gardens then it's difficult to know if the District or Overground service leaves first. The Overground display is at the entrance to platforms 2 & 3 and not platforms 4 & 5 where they usually start from.

Needs: TfL bus Countdown indicators inside the main front exit doors to guide you to the correct bus stop on the grey windswept plaza outside.

Nice station with a welcome desk to Richmond but it could be nicer if it gets refurbished a little bit. There are nice shops around.

Good station with decent connections. It has London Overground, London underground as well as South West Train links. The staff have always been helpful here and if you are hungry then you can grab a pasty or pretzel before hopping on a train.

Easy to navigate station, good layout and convenient location as outside is a bus stop.

The toilets are shut because of a water leak with no information on when it will be open again.
There's no alternative toilets on offer and you have to leave the station to find one.
When the toilets are open to the public you have to pay to use them too.

Well laid out station. Plenty of retail outlets about. Friendly staff.
