Ride Scooter Bike Cycles Repairs

Meant to write a review at the time. Bought a BMX from here a few months ago. Went in an was very honest that I'd never touched one an didn't have a clue,. Friendly chap on the desk then spent a good amount of time taking me through the price differences and how much bang for your buck you get. I had some very novice questions and he answered them all.

Once I had chosen, he then did a full check on the bike, replaced the rear brake pads as he wasn't satisfied with them (I know brake pads are a few £ but he really didn't have to do this). Really made the difference to how I felt about the service.

He then took my details encase I had a problem with the bike in the next 12 months, encase I lost my receipt I'm guessing. Then afterwards we had a good chat about Motorcycles.

We didn't obviously have any problems with the bike (which when something goes wrong is when you really know the value of customer service). But by every indication they are ready and prepared to help. Top notch service and would recommend, cherry on top is the chap was a local lad and it appears to be a local business.

Prices a little bit higher than online (as you would expect), but not a excessive difference and with service like this and supporting a local business, I'd go here every time for peace of mind.

Best bike shop around! Staff are really helpful, friendly and know their stuff. They have a good range of bikes and equipment and they offer great value for money. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Very good staff, polite and can help with any problem your bike has. Fast work but is slightly expensive.
