Ridgacre Table Table

We were here yesterday as a party of 24 celebrating my mums 70th birthday. Andrew (5237) was our waiter. Fantastic service. All meals bought out together no one kept waiting. Food very nice. Andrew even bought my mums birthday cake to the table and nearly burnt himself on the sparkling candles - sorry. Great time was had by all. Thank you.

We thought we would try breakfast for a change yesterday.

And as usual it did not disappoint.

Service was quick and excellent and all three of us enjoyed the food as usual

And it's all you can eat so someone like me who is fussy can pick and choose.

We had Christmas lunch there yesterday. We were served by a lovely young man named Alex. He couldn’t do enough for us and the several other tables he was responsible for. Despite being so busy, he made sure we had everything we needed, entertained my 14 month old and brought all our food and drinks promptly. I hope he receives recognition from management for his superb service! He deserves it!

Visited the Ridgacre on Tuesday 31.10.17 for an evening meal with my husband and father-in-law, we were greeted straight away and taken to a table in the bar area, we were assigned a waiter, a young lad that we had not seen before, what excellent customer service we received, has soon as we were seated he took our drink order and within a few minutes they were there, i had cancelled a few of my reward points and we were going to have a sundae each with them, we were talking to him about the after eight sundae that the chain use to do, and how much we loved it, leave it with me he said, he came back a few minutes later and said he couldn’t do the after eight but he could do a strawberry one, which my husband took him up on his offer, his words were the best sundae he had had for a long time, we found him a very interesting young man and happy to talk and listen. Many thanks Ricardo for going above and beyond in customer service.

This was, is and will be a meeting place for my friend & I!!

Myself and a friend went on boxing day and had the festive menu. We just walked in and hadn't booked _ service was prompt, not too long between courses( just right) , helpful friendly staff . Will go again .

Me and the girls visited today for a catch up, lovely food, lovely staff and lovely atmosphere

Just popped in for lunch with my parents and very nice too. Fish and chips, jacket potato with chicken and bacon and a ham and cheese toastie. All polished of with very decent San Miguel. Great service too!

Had the mother’s day menu today Excellent food served by a lovely polite young girl. 10 out of 10 today �

First visit here Sunday 03/06/18 - Friendly waitress, lovely surroundings and delicious food - will defiantly be returning!

Absolutely awesome meal food cooked exactly how I wanted it didn't rush you at all Tammy was really professional

Went yesterday with my daughter and her 'Bride Squad'after shopping for bridsmaid dresses. We arrived earlier than the table was booked for. It wasnt a problem. We were taken straight to our table. Sevice was good ,food was good. Pleasent waitress. I would recomment it .

We stayed at the premier inn next door for two nights and ate breakfast, helpful friendly staff, lots of choice, we didn't eat in the evening so can't comment on the rest of the menu but served our purpose very well.

The food is really good, but alcohol is expensive, pumps were not working, so had to buy bottles which were a complete rip off

Good friendly service did not have to wait really enjoy the meal

The food was a total let down was really disappointed we were told there would be no bill but that doesn't alter the fact that we wanted something hood to eat. Would we go again I would have the Harold the Harthill hard that
