Exceptional service from the Ridgeway MINI team in Hook this week - the staff at Cooper MINI in Reading could definitely learn a thing or two.... totally brilliant customer service from start to finish.
Absolutely amazing service from Mary & the team at Mini Bournemouth, made me feel so relaxed & not rushed at all & anything that I asked was never a problem. I travelled from Kent & it was more than worth it! I love my new mini convertible! Oh and the bow on my car when I arrived was a really lovely touch! Thank you so much! X
My Passat went to VW Kidlington for a service and a couple of other minor jobs. We were given a Passat as a courtesy vehicle and were updated regularly as to how the work was progressing. Everything completed perfectly and staff were pleasant and helpful.
Still awaiting the same attention for post sales support than pre sales from Ridgeway Portsmouth.
Brought Vw Polo from Volkswagen Ridgeway Newbury 3 weeks ago, salesman awesome after sales shocking on the 2 day of having car noticed vehicle pulled to left heavily phoned up to get repaired and asked to wait 3 weeks for repair, well today was the day it went in and when come back out the same problem still pulls to left also was told a curtsey clean would take place it didn't. Not only do I have to re visit vw on my day off. Would like this resolved asap i.e. Saturday or your having the car back Saturday .
Bought a 2008 Freelander 2 in November with 3 months MOT. Which garage sells a car without 12months MOT .UNbelievable
We like our Mercedes cars (2xML and SLK) just wish we could find a decent dealer!
Self serving customer service team led by poor and ignorant management. Expensive at £75 + VAT labour charges for basic and very slow servicing
PLEASE BEWARE WHEN BUYING A USED CAR FROM RIDGEWAY
Spent £23k on a used vehicle from their Southampton branch and received vehicle with multiple faults. Brakes completely worn, and warning light came on the 2nd day. They do not check their cars!!
Lied about 3 months warranty, will not give me details
Will not fix the faults on my vehicle, will not respond to my emails.
Like buying from an auction, be prepared for the worst and DO NOT expect Ridgeway to assist. Once they have your money they do not want to know.
