Right Track Project

Right Track Project is a youth led go-karting project based in Stockwell, London. RTP offer a range of karting, mentoring and training services for all children aged 8 + . The project is one of three sites managed by youth charity, Oasis Play.

Right Track Project offers an exciting and challenging karting experience for children of all abilities aged 8 + and is one of three projects run by the youth charity, Oasis Play. The site itself has been used as a karting track for over 30 years and was known as Oasis Karting.

The youth-led project combines the thrill of go-kart racing with practical and educational opportunities that aim to broaden the horizons of the young people.

Right Track Project not only offers driving experiences but a range of workshops from marshalling and maintenance to health and safety, as well as numerous youth volunteering opportunities through our mentoring programme.

The Right Track Project Mentoring and Volunteering scheme (ages 13-17) provides a range of support and various opportunities for young people to operate within clear boundaries, take measured risks, and develop self-control, responsibility and patience. The project enables them to develop vital social skills in terms of cooperative and team working, leadership and effective communication techniques through accredited training programmes and group workshops.

As an inclusive project, we encourage those with disabilities to come and use our service as we have specially adapted karts and an experienced staff team to ensure that everyone can take part in karting.

We have a number of different options to cater for all individuals and groups, whether that’s one off driving, birthday party bookings or educational workshops - ideal for schools or youth groups looking to offer something different for their children.
