Delighted to announce we have Children's ballroom dancing classes on a Wednesday 4:10pm - 5pm. These classes will be run by Enhance'The Dancesport.

Community Cinema Showing in association with TEMPT. Elf, straight after the Christmas Market. Café and bar will be open before the film begins. Tickets £3.50 for children and £5 for adults

We are delighted to announce that the soprano soloist for the Armistice Proms on Sunday 11th November is Emily Ann Tindall. Emily is currently completing a Music MA focusing on Performance Practice at the University of York having been awarded the Dame Janet Baker Scholarship. Previous to this Emily completed her BA Music degree at the York St John University with a First. Emily is a passionate musician and enjoys performing a range of vocal repertoires including classical, opera and contemporary. Tickets now available from The Little Delicatessen, 3 High Street, Tadcaster.

went last night to the panto which was superb.,Fantastic hall, lots of atmosphere,great lighting and facilities.Large car park close by.Such a delight to attend a great venue.

What an amazing venue. Massive thank you to Karen , Lucy and John. Nothing was any trouble . We got everything we asked for. We would recommend this venue to anyone. Lucy was brilliant at communicating with us through text, email and phone . She was very quick to reply back. We even saw Lucy rocking our friends baby to sleep while our friend got their dinner. You were all fantastic I wish we could do it all over again. �

We've recently started up a karate club at the Riley Smith Hall. Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful. If you are looking for a venue I can highly recommend it!

This is a great venue, with fantastic staff who consistently go out of their way to help in any way they can. We have spent many fabulous nights here on the dance floor, and look forward to many more! A rare gem :)

The Riley Smith Hall is a wonderful building and venue with a huge array of possibilities for hire. I have been to many events there large and small, I attend fitness classes there and have always enjoyed being in there. It is a wonderful space with great character.

The staff are friendly and so accommodating and the catering is wonderful! As a central town location close to the church and carpark it is perfect for not only weddings but any kind of events. Get in touch with Lucy and her team, you won't be disappointed! X

We're back here to run our Christmas Dance on 17th December.

My daughter, Tanya Willis Acadamy of Dance held her annual dance show here on 18th March 2017. It was a superb venue with extremely accommodating staff. The food they provided during the day was fantastic. A fabulous selection to please everybody's taste. The cakes were to die for.

Thank you Riley Smith Hall for all your help during the day. Will be back next year. X

Lovely venue for a dance show my daughter was in. Fantastic little cafe was provided.

It was my first time going to the riley smith hall to watch robin hood last night and I will hopefully come back in the future to watch another show.

I've been dancing here for years and enjoyed every minute of it. Tremendous service and a fantastic dance floor. Probably my favourite venue of all time!

I love the Riley Smith Hall, it is such a lovely venue and the food and service Karen and Lucy provide is excellent, especially Karen's Rocky Road!

Had such a good night here, great atmosphere and we'll maintained! Will definitely back back

Every year Tad Stax Scooter Club hold their function here. We have attended for at least the past 15 years and every visit is special. The dance floor is about the best one we have danced on, such a great venue, we look forward every year to being there.

As Tadcaster Theatre Company we always use the hall to stage our productions . It is a really good venue especially with it's renovated backstage facilities ! Lucy, Karen and John are unfailingly helpful and the catering is second to none - especially the cakes......! We are very lucky to have such a lovely hall here in Tadcaster - use it !!
