Service couldn't have been any better, we used the function room upstairs for a 21st, the staff did all they could to make the event special for us. The food and drinks were delicious and all courses were brought to us quickly, the prices are great, the staff are very friendly and helpful! Could not fault them at all and will come here more often! :)

Excellent food and drink as always. The ribeye steak was absolutely beautiful, the best I've had in a long time. The only thing that ruined our afternoon was the world's grumpiest couple sat opposite us who literally shouted at us aggressively and said that the Ring O' Bells is no place for children and next time go to McDonalds and not come back!! The kids were very well behaved, albeit a little loud whilst we were waiting for our food. Kids just being kids! I was just enjoying my ribeye and a glass of Malbec! Morons! Other than that, food fantastic, wine fantastic, staff fantastic 👍

Service was bad. Waitress service they said as we sat down. After 10 mins went bar myself and picked up a couple of menu's. As I sat down waitress come to take order and I'd not even looked at menu. Soup was lovely. Pea and ham. Mains was mostly posh nosh and not my cup of tea, so I ordered the cod loin. It was OK. Nothing special. Mum had haddock and chips. She left most of hers. Wouldn't go again.

Went with American relatives. Very disappointed with the curry. Basically mushed up veg with a tin of tomatoes and some chick peas in a sauce of water and not a hint of spice. I’ve never been served a pitta bread with a curry before (picture below) No other trimmings. Asked staff to change pitta for the advertised naan 3 times then gave up as the mush had gone cold. Manager took price of meal off the bill but I went home hungry. Weatherspoons Curry night on a Thursday beats this hands down for half the price. Embarrassed for Farnworth.
