Day 5 of our Kenyan adventure was a rather busy one for our Tea Buyer and Blender Daniel who travelled East of the Rift Valley to visit three tea factories. This area is widely considered one of the best places in the world to grow tea thanks to the rich growing conditions. Thankfully Daniel had plenty of tea to hand to keep him going!

It's been a busy day 4 for our Tea Buyer and Blender Daniel, as he visited the Olenguruone Tea Estate (West of the Rift Valley in Kenya) to discuss quality processes.

Day 3 of our Kenyan adventure sees our Tea Buyer and Blender Dan arrive at Kaplo Tea Estate situated to the West of the Rift Valley

Day 2 of our Tea Buyer and Blender Dan's Kenya tea tour saw him visit the Kenya Tea Development Agency who we buy most of our tea from. It certainly looks like there's a lot of tea to get through!

Our master tea tasters regularly travel the world visiting the fantastic tea estates and smallholders we buy our tea from and tasting the finest teas the countries have to offer.
For the next few days our Tea Buyer and Blender Daniel is travelling across Kenya and we'll be sharing regular updates from his trip so you can see firsthand what goes into making your favourite cuppa!

Our salesperson Dave from our Lancashire office was a bit surprised to find a rather friendly local cleaning his van for him this week. He was after some tea so we signed him up for a doorstep delivery!

Not only do we get excellent goods delivered to our door James delivers this with a smile and his customers always comes first.

He is a great assets flying the flag for your company.

We love it and cant wait for our seller to come back on august 15th thank you. The shortbread and the ginger nuts are enough to spoil anybodies strong wills .

So glad I saw the Ringtons van on a street near me a few years ago. Now I get my fortnightly fix of quality tea and lots of goodies. Btw the Gluten Free Biscuits are to die for.

Received my first jar of coffee today. Fair to say it's absolutely amazing so smooth and rich. Goes extremely well with there biscuits too� will definitely be ordering again.

Our delivery man is wonderful!!! He's such a cheery guy and always knows our regular order plus knows what we would love in the new stock that month. Our products have never been below a 5* in quality and value for money. The new gluton free biscuits are a definite success with my daughter she said she's never tasted flavour like it in any other gluten free products so HIGH FIVE Ringtons we LOVE YOUR PRODUCTS. I’m a first timer here and to Ringtons , I’ve just sat down to my first ever cuppa and oh wow, best cup of tea I’ve had in a very long time. I’m not a big tea drinker but I might be now. Lovely cuppa and would recommend to everyone

I have always been around and enjoyed ringtones products since I was little. My tea man Jon went the extra mile last week in the snow. He walked with his basket in hand in knee deep snow just to get to his customers who were snowed in hear in leadgate. I really just wanted to shout about him being such an amazing asset to you. Had my first visit today the man was happy and chatty I got tea ginger biscuits and chocolate biscuits tea is lovely and biscuits went down a treat with mine and my friends children too will be buying these again

Can't fault the service. The tea is very good quality and much better flavour than the loose leafs we have bought from supermarkets. x

Both me and my mum love ringtons tea I have had ringtons now for so many years and i couldnt drink another tea. We have had the same tea rep Richard Robinson for many years he is always friendly kind and polite. I also love the marmalade and other delicious conserves ooh not to mention the chocolates amazing.

Best ginger cake ever and the rep who delivers to my house is so lovely and friendly. Fantastic tasting goodies as well as amazing coffee!

Top quality products with a touch of imagination that you would have to pay far more for in a shop. Sadly my delivery man Marc left earlier this year and since then they haven't managed to find a replacement. I was being visited by a salesperson trainer called Graham and was due a monthly visit on 19 June but nobody came. I do hope you get this sorted out soon as I would be very sorry to see this excellent and useful service vanish.

We have had a lovely service with the same rep for a while now and always been very happy, love the products. Recently our driver changed, and for a couple of weeks we didn't buy anything because we had plenty left. A different driver turned up today and asked why we hadn't bought anything for a while and if we had a problem with the new driver. He was very pushy, and said that we should tell the driver not to come for a while as he would get frustrated if we didn't buy anything. I felt it was quite rude. It says on the website there is no obligation to buy, and how do I know if I won't want anything for a while. We used to buy most weeks but now I feel like I don't want to anymore. Not very happy x

I've given the green tea a good try, but I prefer my usual brand. As I have no plans to buy anymore tea I was not impressed when a packet of tea was left balancing on my door handle. I do not want them so they will be left on doorstep with a note not to call anymore for when the rep comes back. The biscuits are yummy though.

Great tea and great service from the Rington's salesperson but I can only give 3 stars as you're still using plastic in your mainstream teabags. I see that PG tips are going to be plastic free so how about following their lead?
