Ripon College Cuddesdon seeks to prepare men and women for God's mission in a changing world through the imaginative pursuit of academic excellence, spiritual depth and pastoral engagement within the rhythm of daily life together. There has been an Anglican theological college in Cuddesdon for over 150 years. Almost uniquely among theological colleges, Cuddesdon attracts students from almost the whole spectrum of the Church of England who seek the stability of the daily office and the noble simplicity of liturgical worship. The College lies just seven miles south-east of Oxford city centre just off the main London road. It is closely linked with the University of Oxford and has the right of matriculation. Most students follow an Oxford University course with full access to the Theology Faculty and Bodleian Libraries. Others take courses validated by Oxford Brookes University.
