Over the last 13 years I have worked for NYCC and also in a private setting. I have also worked for the Rape & Sexual Abuse Counselling Centre for 3-4 years as a Counsellor.
Counselling can help with social, behavioural and emotional issues. It is a place to share your thoughts and feelings without being judged, and hopefully with the help of talking through your issues you will find a resolution.
Some of the issues people bring to counselling include abuse, loss and bereavement, stress, anxiety, work related problems, relationship /family problems, depression, self-harm issues, anger problems, low self esteem and low confidence, and generally low mood and needing to talk to someone. . .

I receive regular supervision with a qualified Counselling Supervisor. . .
Sessions cost £25 for the hour. . .
Discounts for Students and over 65's. . .
