Wow, delicious food all around, great price, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff, first time there and defo not the last, can highly recommend it :-)

What an absolutely mouth watering, meal we all had tonight. First time at you restaurant and Rocco and his bar staff were friendly and couldn't do more for us. The food was absolutely out of this world. There were some very satisfied moaning and groaning coming from our table �.

Lovely atmosphere and excellent prices which will assure that we will be back for more.

Visited as a party of four Saturday night for the first time ever . We had starters and mains which were all exceptional, good quality fresh ingredients and generous portions. The wine was reasonably priced and the service was second to non. The owner had a word for every table and explained to us about the dishes we had chosen, he even let us see some of his photos at the end of our meal which really made the experience personal.

We will definitely be back as for once we felt not rushed and that the staff actually wanted us there and enjoyed serving us.

Tucked away down a side road about 10 minutes' walk from Stockton high street, is this impressive restaurant which has the feel of an authentic Italian Trattoria. Visiting with family for an evening meal, we found the service friendly and personalised. There was a good range of traditional Italian dishes from both the Specials menu and à la carte. For evening dining, expect to pay around £30 per person for 3 courses including wine. However there is a Happy Hour earlier in the evening with reduced prices for the family. The food is freshly cooked and well presented. I had avocado and bacon bruschetta, followed by a warm chicken, beetroot and goats cheese salad, with zabaglione to finish. For evening dining in Stockton, Ristorante Caruso is a must.

The four of us went in last night and it didn't disappoint once again. Freshly cooked food was lovely. Few drinks aswell and the staff were very friendly. Will be back again no doubt as you can rely on it being a good experience.

My first time here last night, a date with my hubby. We truly enjoyed ourselves - a lovely restaurant - it was cosy, comfortable and romantic, delicious food, fantastic service, staff were very friendly and pleasant. I have heard lots of good reports off friends who have been here, so glad we were able to come to this restaurant. We will be definitely be coming back here again. I've had numerous visits to caruso's and the service has always been excellent and the food is always beautiful. We went in a group of 15 yesterday for my sisters birthday and again the service and food was excellent, all our meals came out together and we all had a lovely evening! The staff are really friendly and can't do enough for you, the prices are reasonable too! Would highly recommend.

Been visiting here every year for aslong as I can remember. Charming restaurant, great food and cosy setting. Rocco is a legend and has a tale or two. Highly recommended and one of the best in Teesside!
