We ran a great session today on Self Awareness, Growth Mindset and Dynamic Team Work with BU level 6 students. It’s always a pleasure being asked to run sessions at Bournemouth University, having completed my Masters degree there only a few years ago. Can’t wait to come back in December & in the New Year for more interactive sessions!

I was lucky enough to be invited to be a guest lecturer at Bournemouth University on Learning Organisations and Knowledge Management today. It feels great being able to help post graduate HRM students look at practical ways to apply theory based frameworks in this area and also let them know that all the hard work is worthwhile!

Another great day with Bournemouth University students! The final year Accountancy students discovered how to build dynamic teams and how important aligning personal values with organisational values is for their futures.
