Rivers Hospital

I've used this hospital as an outpatient. Excessive wait times to book an appointment on the phone with hold music that will drive you insane. The car park is too small for the number of people using it. The waiting areas are too small and feel claustrophobic. In general it has a feel that more people ate using the site than was intended. The staff are friendly and helpful and I was happy with the treatment however this was spoilt by the above.

Really organised environment for my surgery! The staff are really caring aswell. Would definitely come here again if I need another surgery.

It's very relaxed and friendly. The consultant Miss Tzafetta was an artist doing a breast reduction from cup G to a beautifully natural full C. Everyone on Meadows ward from lovely food to kind relaxing nurses made me feel very special.

My mother went to Rivers for a hip replacement and had a fantastic experience. Great staff, brilliant surgeon, relaxing environment. 5/5 Thank you!!

Shocking horrendous place. Hour behind on my appointment then asks what the problem is when I have been reffered therr by my GP. Does nobody read notes. Barely saw me for 5 minutes

Very helpful staff from both administration and medical staff. Parking isn't great and the prices are insane unless you have insurance.

The code on my form was OPD/PA.
Absolutely superb. My surgeon Ms Veejay was very reassuring, kind and considerate explaining everything. I was in Room 31 and I cannot compliment the staff enough.

Had several appointments in this hospital and couldn't fault any of them. Professional and caring staff.
