Great, the lanes oiled properly,lane condition is good, and the place is nice. Five stars jeffy approved

Had my daughter's 7th birthday party here a few days ago.. wouldn't recommend! Toilet bins were disgusting a parent from the party reported it to staff member to be told " ah it's alright they usually just chuck it on the floor anyway!!" The party room was disgraceful chairs were ripped to bits with foam coming out of them while others stapled back together in a fashion.. balloons from a previous party lying all over the place.. my daughter wasn't happy she had balloons with 5 on when it was her 7th party.. we asked for heating to be put on as it was cold to be told with attitude " the heating... it was boiling in here before" told no blackcurrant juice was allowed in the party room when they had already provided us with 1.. I went down to ask for our free refills to be told leave the jug on the stairs and I will bring some up..we waited... went down to get it to then be told no blackcurrant allowed in party room incase it spills on carpet not ideal when some kids don't like orange...and the carpet was filthy and stained anyways! (After a bit of a row and asking for manager they gave us it and not one drop of juice was spilled!) we were supposed to receive 4 free passes for bowling for my daughter..didnt receive them. Been trying since the party to speak to the manager and everytime being told she isn't available.. how convenient! Attitude of some staff was appalling. Go to MFA BOWL in Sunderland town centre.. for the same price you get 1 game of bowling 50p extra for 2games food ice cream unlimited juice each child gets 3 free bowling tickets!! Wish I knew this before booking at this s**thole.

Love the place! Cheap. Great alley and fun bowling. Only knocking a star off because of balls in need of repair. Carful of sharp chips on the edge of the finger holes D:

Great place to meet up with friends and have a few games of bowls. Good food and nice friendly staff. X
