Riverside Caravan Park

Have a seasonal pitch and love it here. Clean and well maintained. Staff are fabulous and site exceptional.

Arrived here after an accident in Cheltenham on the way to Malvern resulting in a badly damaged side and unsightly scrape about 2 metres long on the caravan. The owners/wardens, after getting us settled on our site, arrived back with sheets of polythene and helped up patch up the damage and take the bad look off the mess. All done with no fuss and good humour. The patch held up until we got home a week later! Thank you so much!!
All the staff were most pleasant, the site was really well maintained and the facilities spotless. A really nice place to stay and handy to all the picturesque attractions nearby.
I have stayed here often in the past and can only give it the highest recommendation.

Lovely site.. Can't understand why it's not busy at this time of year.. really quiet. After been there 2 days I can probably see why! The toilets and shower are a hike and only 2 showers. Really clean. The field is on a real slope so takes a lot of leveling. And when you ask to stay another day, you get greeted with not sure loads have rung up!! Seems too much bother and that's when there's only 4 on the field.. don't think we'll be returning.

Beautiful site...very friendly&very helpfull staff. Made welcome as soon as we enterd. the site is very dog friendly..very clean and tidy will be returning soon. Great for evening walkes.. picture of the Malvern hills from the dog walk area Beautiful..

The views people and site was fantastic you will not be disappointed stopping here shower block very very clean lovely dog walk and brilliant children play area what more could you ask for try it

We stayed at riverside for the easter break, we had never been there before but has a pleasant stay there, the pitches were very uneven, and we has a job getting the caravan level, but with the help of the managers Pete and Lisa we managed it.
Pete and Lisa has not been in the job long but they could not do enough for us and our friends, we will return and hope Pete and Lisa are still there good luck you are doing a really good job, nice people with the right attitude

Nice place by the river, haven't tried any of the amenities so can't say much.

Close to Malvern and Upton on Severn. Lovely,well-kept site. No shop on site so come prepared

First class site immaculate, the club is excellent well priced the food OMG amazing
