What a super event. The children (9 and 6) loved all the activities and the stamp collecting on the lanyard was a super way to get my eldest to try everything! We have been a few times before and she has never ventured on the tree…. last night she did!
The atmosphere was calm and relaxed despite there being plenty of people there. My eldest loved the fact that everyone working there wore a sparkly hat so even though some of your staff may not love it tell them it really makes a difference to the children…! It makes it feel different and special!
The food was great! Loved the goats cheese pizza…. that kept me going! So brilliant to go to a playcentre where the food is really tasty not just hot and cheap!
They also did a free popcorn or candyfloss treat with the online ticket! How exciting for the girls and brilliant I didn't have to spend out on snacks extra to the tea I bought them!
Oh and the free toy!!! A voucher for £1.50 to spend in the shop with your I love hub bracelet. So .... I can go into the shop... and say YES! to a treat! What a relief. If you are on a budget, you know what you are spending when you buy your ticket and you really don't need to spend extra if you don't want to! They have thought of it all.
So, all in all a great night. We will travel the 45 minutes from Banbury again."

How does the Hub always look fresh?
We often get compliments about how clean and bright the Hub is. There's no secret to it really - just constant re-investment.
Have a good look at these stairs, they're slightly worn. Most play centre's would be happy with that condition. Even the play manufacturer tells us they'll last another year.
... They're not good enough for us, so we've replaced the entire staircase in the giant USA rocket.
You will be seeing a lot of big investment in play over the next few months (it'll be a lot more exciting than just new stairs), with brand new play items and even new play areas coming soon.
We will never be the cheapest indoor play centre (we're not the dearest either), but we are working very hard to be the best.

We visited today with the free breakfast offer and just wanted to say it was brilliant, the children thoroughly enjoyed the choices and then a couple of hours play. Each time we visit we are always greeted with happy smiling staff, a clean soft play, so many choices of what to do and always have a great time! We have children ranging from 10-2, there is something for them all. Highly recommended :)

We visited today with six children. We could not rate the facilities and staff highly enough. From telephoning and receiving such helpful advice to arriving and be welcomed by the incredible Chris. Chris took the time to show us around, he was a natural in his job. He interacted so naturally with our children and is an asset to The Hub.

Your facilities are so clean, we have no idea how you do it but it’s so nice to finally see such cleanliness at a children’s activity centre - usually they’re filthy! The range of activities on offer is brilliant, our children ranged from 3-9 and they all had a wonderful time.

Thank you so very much for a great day out, we will definitely return again (we travelled an hour to you). A big thank you especially to Chris. THANK YOU

We took our 3 children for the first time and had an amazing experience. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The children had a fantastic time. My 6 yr old son was hooked to laser tag. The environment is very safe so I felt comfortable letting him roam to where he wanted to play, checking in with us from time to time. All the staff were very kind and some also entertained my younger two, especially at the disco. We can't wait to visit again. Thanks to you all at the Riverside Hub.

We had our daughter's 5th party here today. The staff were great from the booking stage accommodating our needs. Our party host was brilliant, sorry I can't remember your name, it was kyras party, you may remember us with the giant ice cream cake ��. Thank you for making our daughter very happy and a very easy and pleasant experience for the adults.

We had a fabulous afternoon visit today. Kids loved the new carousel, staff were all very helpful and friendly, everywhere was clean and the half price entry offer and free ice creams were a great bonus. You really look after your customers very well. Thank you. Can't wait to return.

Today was our first time visiting & it certainly won’t be our last. We had a great day with so much to do - it’s now my favourite place to go even if it is nearly an hours drive. I have a 3yr old & 8month old they were both busy for over 4hrs. The pizzas were delicious too �

Perfectly for children of all ages. The best play centre around for children under 5 as most don’t cater for little ones very well. Love the offers on during half term for free pottery etc will be back again soon.

My girls love the hub. We came yesterday and it was half price and free pottery painting what a bargain! My girls had lots of goes on the carousel and the go karts. We had a spot of lunch and the food was delicious. Thanks Hub for our wonderful day.

Me and a friend took our children here today,my friend has been here befor but today was my first time taking the kids.I can honestly say this is by far the best indoor play that I have been to,there is so much for the kids to do and the size of the place is just immense.The kids absolutely loved today.



I 100% recommend.



Defiantly will be going back there again.

I visited last week and would say this is the best soft play in Northamptonshire. There were lots of parking spaces available and the staff at the reception desk were absolutely lovely. My kids enjoyed playing and there was lots for them to do. We ordered food and it was quick with huge portion sizes and the food was delicious!! The party rooms and areas are amazing and we intend to book the dinosaur party for his birthday in December as he loved it. There were lots of differnt areas in the Soft play and a place to play football. There were plenty of staff and it was really clean. Thank you for a great time riverside hub!!

Had a fun packed night with my children. Definitely worth a visit on a Saturday night! Free popcorn/candy floss & glitter art/tattoo when you book tickets online. If your children take part in all the activities they get a little reward too, which my children were thrilled with! It’s the little extras the hub has put on that really makes it a special evening!

Big Thank you to Harry for hosting my son's 7th Birthday party in the glow room. Harry and all of the staff at the hub were so attentive and took great care of us today. All the children had a great time. A lot different to the standard soft play type parties. I am very impressed and have a very happy son ��

Best soft play centre I have ever been to. If I lived closer I would definitely be investing in a yearly pass!! This is like heaven for babies and children but what more, who thought parents could relax in a soft play centre during half term? Well, totally possible here. I could have fallen asleep in those baby sensory rooms! Those rooms are genius - very well thought through. Everything seems well run and organised and nicely sectioned, as well as clean. Staff are obviously doing a top job! They were also very friendly and helpful. The shop was reasonably priced, as was the food which also tasted pretty good! The children’s play frame was huge and the added bonus of having the climbing wall, go karts and carousel as well as the option of baby classes and arts and crafts meant this place is super value for money IMO! Can I also add that this is the first soft play centre that I have been to where I have seen staff walking around checking the rooms and they have top notch security. Faultless first experience - we will be returning ASAP!

Best day out I think Iv ever had. Such a good place to come for all ages. I have a 7month old and a 6 year old and it’s perfect for both. Got everything you can imagine here. Lovely service woman named Louise came to clear our table and noticed we hadn’t eaten all of our food and checked things were okay even tho we didn’t ask made sure we were seen to and to talk about the issue with it. Can’t wait to come again. We are 45 minutes away and it’s definitely worth the drive!! 10/10

Been for the 5th time today and again such fantastic standards! I attended another soft play by my parents house last week and it was horrendous compared to riverside hub i assumes they were all as good as riverside I can’t understand how you keep it so clean and hygienic! Food is so good for the value you pay and I must say the staff on shift today from the gent who served me at the cafe to the man at the carousel were so great and genuinely interested in my cheeky little boy! Please open one closer to home you’re great value for money I only wish Petrol was ��. A great job who ever is in charge you should be really proud of you and your team !

It's gone terribly downhill since our last visit; receptionist was rude to both of my children (and one of her colleagues) in the time it took to serve us, the toilets were disgusting and the food and drinks are seriously overpriced for mediocre quality. Appreciate it is half term and the facilities are great but at the price you pay its awful value - our last visit sadly.

Very unhygineic, we found bugs in our lettace in our meal from the cafe. There was feases on the changing mat in the toilet, over all just very dirty, I won't be attending again.
