This young lady has been an inspiration to us. Chloe is disabled and really struggles with stairs. A company booked her a room on 4th floor in error. This young girl did these stairs 3 times daily for 4 days straight without so much as a compliant!
... See a challenge and face it head on. Feel the fear and just do it anyway! What a superstar!!

Yes we are enjoy stay Guest house. Emma and Zed is very good and helpful with us. of course we enjoy stay at Whitby lovely place lot walk around this place. very nice bedroom with sea view. we stay at top of the guest house good to see sea and the beach. of course we are lucky with good weather. we would like to come back in other time. Thank you to Emma and Zed.

We have stayed at the Riviera Guesthouse a couple of times ....lovely couple who run it nothing is to much trouble perfect location with sea view rooms ..our party will see you again next year xx

We had a lovely stay at the Riviera. It's a lovely guest house in a great location, run by a lovely couple. Zed & Emma couldn't do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble (Zed even moved my car when we were out of the area so I wouldn't get a parking ticket!) The food was awesome with a great choice of breakfast. The sea views from our 3rd floor room were amazing and the guest house itself is in a lovely location, an easy walk to virtually most of Whitby's attractions. Excellent stay, excellent hosts and our only regret is not booking for longer! Hopefully see you again soon

Top quality guesthouse, room lovely, clean, comfy and warm, views first rate, good choice of breakfasts, hosts very friendly, nothing too much for them, 5 out of 5. We will return again.

This was a surprise destination for my husbands retirement. The room was lovely and had been decorated as requested. It was our 1st visit but it will not be our last. Everything about our stay was fabulous.

The views are beautiful as are the family. It's lovely and clean and tidy. Breakfast is amazing, there is so much choice. Would definitely recommend this Guesthouse to anyone. Already recommended it to family and friends xx

Our first stay here and we will be back!! The view is amazing, the room was lovely and breakfast was fabulous! Our room was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Zed the host was really friendly and we loved the fact you pre-ordered breakfast to avoid wastage! Plus the black and white pepper pots are v cool!! All in all a fab weekend �

Myself and my partner recently had a 2 night stay. Zed and Emma were both friendly and welcoming, our room was comfortable and clean the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was delicious and the menu was extensive, I have no trouble recommending this lovely guest house

Myself and my partner both thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riviera guesthouse... Very warm and extremely friendly couple who own the venue. Lovely home cooked English breakfast by the owner himself to start the day. We stayed in the 4 poster king room which was comfortable and spacious with an amazing ceiling to floor window with a beautiful view of the ocean. Highly recommended 😃

Lovely stay at Riviera again. Lovely room with bay window to sit and watch the world go by. Feel so relaxed. Breakfasts superb. Can't wait to do it all again.

Just had two night stay at this guest house the hosts Zed and Emma are friendly and great hosts, room was spacious and great view over looking the sea, Breakfast was hot and delicious, can't wait to go back Thank you for a enjoyable two days

Just had our second stay at the riviera. Made to feel welcome from the very friendly owners, rooms spacious and clean and competitively priced with beautiful views of the sea and coast. Tasty breakfasts , lots of choice . Quiet area, and a bed so comfy we slept so well , wonderfully soft bedding . We didnt want to leave . Booked in for 2 more weekends this year .

Just back from a fabulous stay at Riviera. Will definitely be back - wonderful hosts. Fantastic views from our top floor room. Might choose a lower floor next time - got my eye on Rooms 2 & 3!

I won my stay at riviera on a Facebook competition but this did not alter how we were welcomed. This is one of the friendliest guest houses I have ever stayed in. The room was beautiful and immaculately clean. Bev was comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot thank you enough for our stay, it was fantastic!!

I love Whitby and will certainly return here.
