Went to the Rivington for Mother's Day brunch with my family. Excellent food and portion sizes, excellent service from the waiting staff although had to ask and remind a few times about an item of food we had ordered. Overall experience first class. Highly recommend.

User

Went here yesterday afternoon with my friend Gaven we had some delicious gin cocktails, the bar staff were very attentive and knowledgeable, overall very nice afternoon however a bit pricey so if your on a budget I'd only recommend it for special occasions not your regular weekend tipple.

User

We only had time for lunch time coffee but were really impressed with the place. We are back in Greenwich for one week during December and will be certain to have a meal at Rivington Grill - it has a great atmosphere.

User

The Rivington did not disappoint. The service was great, the food was delicious & delicate.

I had St Ives cod with samphire & new potatoes which was cooked to perfection.

The atmosphere was relaxed but classy. I can't wait to head back. A wonderful dining experience.

User

Lovely venue with exceptional food!

User

I go to Rivingtons once or twice' a month for my Sunday breakfast...

It's simply stunning every time...

Staff are cool and professional at the same time.

I'm going to book a table for Sunday lunch because I've seen the roast beef coming out it lookEd amazing...

User

Have been before for dinner which was amazing and just been for lunch. Great menu and staff and less hectic than their Old Street branch. Definitely worth a visit

User

Had our 1st and 3rd anniversary meal here. Lovely service and wonderful food. Thanks for delivering another memorable evening;) xxx

User

Had a lovely, unhurried lunch with family for my birthday. Everyone enjoyed their food, while service was professional and welcoming. If I lived in the area I would be a regular here.

User

Great service. Food was fantastic. Chips sent from heaven.

User

Excellent food. Well worth a visit

User

A favourite evening out is to see a film at the Picturehouse and then move on to the Grill for crab, a portion of chips, a gin cocktail and/or a carafe of Sauvignon followed with coffee and truffles. Love the atmosphere and have always had good service.

User

Superb food, cooked well and served with passion. Totally recommend this place

User

Great food and the maitre'd is excellent. Food is always piping hot and good size portions. Highly recommended

User

This place always used to be a favourite on visits to London - not sure if it has changed hands recently? The service was friendly if slightly formal. We waited over 10 minutes for drinks to go with our main course & has to go to the bar to remind them. It wasn’t a busy evening. Our drinks arrived with a genuine apology & on the house. The food was excellent & superbly flavoured but poor value for money. Around £17 for a curry with 3 prawns & 2 small pieces of monkfish. Not sure what’s going wrong & I would return as maybe this experience was down to unforeseen circumstances. However I’d no longer recommend to friends before returning myself.

User

Sunday afternoon at 4 so very quiet. Ordered a Tom Collins but half was spilt in drip tray. Had to ask barman for new measure which he was not happy about. So threw the old gin away. Rabbit and black pudding salad was nice. Lemon sole was a bit of a disaster ! half must have been left in kitchen stuck to the pan. So essentially the bottom half did not exist. This was expensive and small. When I complained to the waiter he checked with the chef. His response was he plated it up himself as if this excused the fact half of it was missing. To add insult to injury the chips were not cooked properly as raw. At least this was taken off the bill but ruined an important meal. A truly underwhelming experience.

User

I have to say the Rivington experience was rather intense - the staff seem unrelaxed Intense, forgetful, each time I asked for a drink with no ice, it came with ice and at £5 for a large Coke you expect it to be right - our waitress was lovely and saw I wasn't happy after she took my order - I explain the lady I was with had a Visual impairment so they wpukr need to explain when they put something down in front of her, so was the only one out of the table staff who took this into consideration -

The food was amazing good portions size I would definitely return
