Well hello sunshine! With the hot weather here remember to be safe in the sun. Always make sure that you use a high factor sunscreen or cover up if outside. If you do experience sunburn it is important to treat it as a burn and cool under tepid running water for at least 10 minutes. Remember no lotions or potions as many of these are oil based. Make sure you drink plenty of water to keep hydrated too. Really cannot thank this lady enough for the past 2 days.Helping me to become a trainer for moving and handling.Very relaxed atmosphere and learned so much.

I went on a one day emergency first aid course with RMF training. Becky was both professional and easy going, putting everyone at ease before starting. She made the learning fun & was very approachable if asking questions or needed anything clarifying. As well as being taught the practical side of the the first aid we were given written information to take away too and most importantly the confidence to put the skills learnt into practice if ever needed. Thank you for a great day of learning :)
