Been calling since 8am to a machine to tell me that , " can't take you call at the moment and call back".
To finally getting through and being told that I am number 10 on waiting list. To be then on hold for 50mins, for the reception lady being very rude and telling me all appointment are gone and I should call at 8am in future!!
Absolutely no people skills

Excellent care received today from the nurses. I didn't have an appointment and was expecting to be sent to hospital but they attended to me within 10 mins, prescribed antibiotics and wrote me a note to take to Broomfield tomorrow explaining what they'd done. 5 stars definitely.

Trying to get through on the phone today as staying with my mum and i was in a que for over an hour i an not happy as when i finally got through was told no home visits for today as they had all gone out....
