My family and I (14 of us ) visited Robertos last night . The food was exceptional and the service was fantastic . Thank you very much Mauro and the team x

Mario is a great guy and all the staff are lovely the food his very well priced and the portions are just right so you don’t get over faced this is a keeper

Gorgeous food tonight as always. Never had a bad meal to be honest and the staff are brilliant. They take time to talk to the kids and make it a really chilled, enjoyable experience. We've been loads and that won't change anytime soon �

Food is always delicious, there is plenty of choice for kids, all staff and owners always makes you feel welcomed. I have been a customer for so many years now and for sure this will stay one of my fav place where to eat and take kids for their birthday parties. They always making them special and kids love it.

Menu is great, cocktail choices and prices are superb. xxx

Can I just say a massive thank you to Jodie who made our visit tonight even more special than usual.

It’s hard bringing my little boy out at times with his autism (he wanders lots) and he can get very impatient.

Jodie encouraged him to try his food, even helping him get it on the fork (he also has issues with his motor skills) so this was a lovely touch.

Although you had no idea he had special needs, you truly were fabulous.

Then to pay for him an ice cream was just lovely! He’s been repeating your name all night so he doesn’t forget! We will be back soon to see you!

Also a massive thank you to Mario and the rest of the great staff for a lovely meal.

Ate here last night with my boyfriend for his birthday, the restaurant was busy and we didn't have a reservation although the staff got us a table straight away without us having to wait to be seated which was great! The staff were friendly and the food was lovely! I recommend to anyone, thank you so much we will be returning xx

1st time visiting this place and we loved it! It was faultless from the start even when ringing to book. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful,not just one or two.The food was hot, tasty and homemade. The set price for 2 or 3 courses was excellent value and we had a massive choice, not like some places that limit the offers to a couple of dishes. Cannot fault this place at all, will absolutely return and definatly recommend. Our new favourite Italian now!!!. Please don't change anything Robertos, stay as you are!

it was a last minute idea to go to Roberto I had seen it advertised a lot on fb so went for early birds and had a good 3 course deal . the staff was very attentive and welcoming and told us about their tribute nights.we hope to visit again for an evening out

We had a table booked. It is Christmas so busy time anyway but had to wait nearly an hour to be seated. Food was delicious. Can’t fault it. Management need to sort customer service skills. Not once during the time all 13 of us were there did a waiter or waitress come round the table to ask if we would like a drink. Robertos lost out in a lot of money there. We had water with our meal. Someone asked for a spoon. Waiter came and plonked it straight into her food instead of placing it at the side of the dish. Lol. I would recommend though. Food is fantastic. Robertos just concentrate on those other little things to make it a better experience.

Really surprised and disappointed by the prices and food portions - I can't believe how small they were for the price. Considering a steak and sauce is nearly £20 it was a poor show with three slices of carrot, three small potatoes and one floret of broccoli. However the stroganoff was really tasty but should've been more like a £10 meal than £15. The pizza was just too salty to enjoy. The staff were absolutely wonderful but unfortunately I'm really sorry to say we won't be visiting again.

Early bird menu was really good value for money and was delicious. The staff are friendly and really helpful. What let the experience down for me were the disabled facilities; there was no disabled parking space at the rear of the building/there was a staff members car almost blocking the steep ramp to access the building/the door threshold was broken causing my wheelchair to get stuck/the disabled toilet had two large unused table tops in there together with random planks of wood - making it difficult to manoeuvre my wheelchair/ no paper towels or handdryer, and wasn't clean. This is the second time I've been in 6 months and both times the entrance and toilet facilities have been the same!
