From the first consultation through to the completed ring the communication was fab. Rob was full of advice and listened to what I was trying to achieve and has created for me a ring which is better than I could have ever imagined. Just had my engagment ring fixed. I had lost the stone and it was really scratched, couldn't of asked for a better job done on it looks better than new thank again. Very happy now and the price was even better.

I'm so pleased with the service I received today. My wedding and engagement rings were looking dull and a little sorry for themselves , so wanted them re-coated before our wedding anniversary .

I dropped them off this morning , and 2 hours later I was greeting with two rings that look absolutely brand new . Amazing price and fantastic quality . Would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you :)

I was truly wowed by the repair work Robins and Moore did to my engagement ring which I had re-clawed. As they do on site repairs I was able to collect it just 5 days later and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff are all so friendly, caring and the workmanship speaks louder than words. They are very reasonable in price and they even tweaked my rings shank making it a much better fit free of charge. I couldn't recommend this place more. I'll be a returning customer for sure. They altered my engagement ring, which I didn't get from there, for free. Both rings polished too. All the staff are lovely and really helpful. Would highly recommend them and their work. Bought my brand new Engagement ring in today for an insurance valuation and the customer service was second to none. They knew how much the ring meant to me and that I was a little upset that I would have to leave it till Tuesday to collect. I got a phone call about 4hrs later to say because you've only had the ring 4days we know how much you want it back so we've done the valuation for you sooner!!! Amazing customer service and I'm thrilled with how quick you did it for me,so thank you. Will defiantly recommend you.

Had it repolished today in time for anniversary and looks like new. Will use again and recommend again and again to others. Better quality and value than the high street retailers.

Another fantastic outcome thanks to Rob. I took my 14 year old watch in for a new battery today. You can imagine my delight when I picked it up and the bracelet had been buffed up, making it look like new. This is one jewellers that never fails to disappoint.
