Welcome everyone to my page. Aromatherapy is the use of natural, aromatic oils extracted from herbs, flowers, trees and fruits for therapeutic purposes. These oils are applied to the skin using a firm but gentle and flowing massage technique. This combination of fragrant oils and massage can leave you with a wonderful sense of wellbeing as well as having many health benefits. I look forward to sharing more about these with you 🌺
