We have had a lovely week at Rockley Park, great park and location, all staff so polite. Just like to mention the entertainment who were all great and Bryony knew our little boy by name which bearing in mind the number of children is not easy! Thanks all for helping to make a great holiday!

We booked a Premium + with the sun deal, to the max level from originally being £60 up to £200 but no way was that premium at all, very disappointed to find a basic caravan, so my husband went to reception and upgraded for £40 more, and was so pleased with our caravan we got, very clean, the whole site seems excellent, very clean all round.

Returned today from a fantastic stay at rockley park. Nice clean big caravan, great facilities, lots to do. All the staff were really helpful and polite. My daughter spilt her slush drink moments after getting it and the bar staff replaced it free of charge!

We ate in the mash and barrel and considering it was a bank holiday weekend the wait for food wasn't too bad. Food was good and not over priced. Was disappointed that they don't offer any gluten free alternatives to anything but I managed to find something to suit.

We spent a fantastic 3 days on the beach, building sandcastles, swimming and crabbing. Lots of crabs to be caught at the marina by the beach and the children had a whale of a time. Will definitely return.

Lovely friendly staff & good activities for children all the guys in that area were lovely friendly &haf good repore with the kids too! The 1st aider" hayley" was brill & security guys too well done much happy friendly staff than haven in cornwall !

Just love it here. Perfect site, quiet and spotlessly looked after. Beautiful beach and caravan spotless. Have been here many times and tried other parks but this is our number one place now. Best of the bunch.

Another great week at Rockley! The staff and friendly, helpful and I have to say the park was 5* as always! Especially great owners lounge where the kids were able to play. Thanks all for a great Easter! �

We had a great stay again ! Despite being placed in a completely different area to our request for a preferred part of the park ! We have been coming to Rockley for about 30 years now ! We were informed at the check in desk that if you pay extra you can pre book a preferred area ! Something we were not told when we booked 6 months ago and we would have gladly paid the premium up front for this service ! Pretty much lump it or like it attitude from the staff ! This might be our last stay which is a pity because we have had so many good stays at the Park ! We also found a rather expensive item of jewellery in our caravan which we handed in to the owners desk hopefully this will be reunited with its owner !

We arrived early, and was able to check in straight away, which was a huge bonus after a long drive! The staff were super friendly. Park looks lovely, spacious. Access to the beach with only a 15 minute walk. Plenty of choice and good value at the mini market. Only downside I find, is it's park grounds aren't overly toddler friendly. No outdoor park/playarea for under3's. My two year old loves the 'garden' so we used our caravan space for her entertainment. Evening entertainment is great!

Site was clean and the facilities seemed very good but didn’t really use them much as we was out and about most days only thing that let it down for me was that there was no ironing board and DVD player, we had to use out of my partners parents caravan and the electric kept tripping when using an iron but was a great holiday and I would highly recommend to visit this park

Our second visit. We love this Park. Always get nice, better than we booked caravan! Big, spacious live lounge, so u always can find space and don’t fight for tables � lots of extra attractions for kids: face paintings, tatoos, game arcade, nature trail. I would give 5* but only because security at night didn’t come to help me sort power as they promised and we freezed our a.. off at first night I give 4*. Thank u

Nice Park. Few changes could make it better. More staff in the Mash & Barrell as the queue for food/drinks was ridiculously long. Not down to the staff as they were working hard, just not enough of them - only two behind the bar taking the orders and making the drinks. The pool changing area needs to be bigger and a bigger pool as always a queue to get in. Caravans need airing as ours smelt very musty/damp.

Lovely park,definitely geared more for children of school age and younger,lots of lovely walks by the beach and nature reserve,staff very nice and helpful,mash and barrel tasty,had a nice few days here.

Great location and park entertaining facility’s. Called up reception Saturday to confirm the shower won’t turn off. No answer at reception for the first 2 calls, rushed my call on the 3rd, when I explained the issue. They said some one will be round, nobody turned up. Shower leaked heavily all weekend. However; we will certainly pay a visit next season. Thank you

Spent Easter weekend here. Staff pleasant caravan very clean but lacks a few essentials ie washing up liquid and only one toilet roll for two toilets.

Spent the second night freezing as the gas went off and not switched on again for 12 hours after several visits to reception the manager was very helpful and was only to pleased to help solve our disappointment.

Entertainment for the kids was great lots of interactive games.water sports ect.disappointed with added extra prices ie mini golf..which wasn't included in the package.

Over all good but would have liked a lot more outdoor activitys for a 5 year old ie foraging, archery and shelter building instead of recommended 6+

First time back in 30+ years!! Certainly has changed!! Paid for a Premium caravan, well if that was premium I would hate to see what a standard caravan was like! Certainly wasn’t like the photos on their website. It really disappointed/angered me in the ‘extras’ that you had to pay for; golf, trampoline, etc etc, and all the amusements right in front the door, they could have positioned this elsewhere. Needs a much bigger park. Swimming was great kids loved the slide but disappointed the outside pool wasn’t open. We had almost a week there in beautiful sunshine, kids would have loved it outside. Overall we wouldn’t be back, just too many surplus expenses what is already an expensive stay.

Didn't really like this park and wouldn't recommend it to people with children luckily we had family with us so my kids could still enjoy themselves by playing with their cousin's this was the 4th haven park we have visited and have to say I was suprised by the lack of things to do problems listed below



1: very small swimming pool always queuing to get in

2:very small mash and barrel restaurant could only get a table after 7pm

3: Arcade was the smallest arcade I have seen on a haven park

4: Rude staff I encountered at the live lounge bar and family told me about issues they had with rude staff in mash and barrel restaurant this stoped us from eating at the restaurant as did not want to pay all that money to have to deal with rude staff

5:Archery instructor was very inpatient with my child to the point my son refused to take part this was very frustrating as he had all the time in the world for other children taking part in the session

6: Maintenance vans driving around like they are on a race track the 10 mile limit should be a strict rule I could not let my children play around the caravan without supervision as the work vans just don't drive with due care and attention suprised children don't get run down regularly

7: footpaths are needed it's not safe walking around the park with children as nobody seems to keep to the limit

8: Only 2 bar staff serving in the live lounge when it is full of people not surprising it takes 30 - 40 minutes to get a drink whe the lounge has about a thousand people in it

9: Not enough play parks the only play area was very small and gets very busy more parks are needed on site

10: arrived at 3pm for our check in to be told our van was not yet ready so had to sit around with the kids,suitcases and my disabled mother waiting for the keys

All in all we made the best of what the park had to offer but it was the biggest park we have visited and had the smallest facilities we have ever seen on a haven park safe to say we will not be returning to Rockley park again in the future this was the first time we have come home without wanting to book the next holiday so will probably look to try another type of holiday park next year

Currently staying in a private rental which is lovely. Unfortunately the site has no gas today. We haven’t been able to shower, cook or heat the caravan and it’s cold. We went out to get some hot food. They’ve given us 3 different times to sort it and still waiting. Not impressed

Beautiful resort and massive in the sence of lots of caravans. The guest services team were friendly and lovely. All team were great but Unfortunately I was a disappointed with a couple of things. Mainly at the lack of a play park for the children. It's one simple thing that kids love especially my 3 yr old. We had to Keep leaving the resort and go elsewhere in Poole for parks.

The live lounge was clean and modern. The dance floor was so small for the amount of adults and children that are expected to use it.

The swimming pool was lovely and warm with a slide which my girl loved, but the slide being central meant everyone got splashed constantly and you couldn't do laps. I didn't want to to do laps anyway �

Entertainment could of been alot better in the daytime in order to keep us on the resort. But the funstars were great themselves.

Location right next to a marine base so at night it is soooo noisy and caravan shakes when choppers fly over.

Our second caravan was nice after being moved from the first.

Great resort shop, diddy beach and water sports down the very bottom.

This resort didn't meet our needs but it's still a lovely park for others im sure.

Just watched the Saturday night show. Half an hour (or more) to give away a pizza & few bottles of fizz. Absoultely hideous.

How embarrassing for you Rockley Park.
