The villa offers relaxing modern accommodation comprising of one double and one twin bedroom, a new well equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and a fantastic lounge with large sliding doors leading to the large south facing sunny balcony with lovely views to the sea and countryside.

The lounge features a sofa bed, table and chairs, flat screen TV with built in DVD, iPod / iPhone docking station and various books, DVD's and games.

The double bedroom has a picture window with an opening door and if you leave the window open at night you can drift off to sleep to the wonderfully relaxing sound of the sea.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven and hob. We have provided ample crockery, cutlery, glasses and cookware.

Black Rock, Millendreath has its own private beach and a selection of water sports equipment for hire - body boarding, kayaking, paddle boarding and wet suits. Tuition is available. The new beach front cafe serves wonderful breakfasts, drinks, snacks and evening meals.

At high tide Black Rock beach is small, however once the tide is out it reveals a big sandy beach and dozens of rock pools. Millendreath has a jetty, which provides enclosed sheltered bathing at high tide or a very popular place for the local or visiting fisherman to wile away a few hours fishing.
