As one of the leading multi-activity venues in Essex, we know you will enjoy everything that we have to offer to both young and old!

Challenge your friends, family or colleagues to an awesome bowling match on one of our 34 newly-refurbished lanes, or SHOOT it out with our newest activity LaserQuest here at the City Pavilion.

If that wasn't enough we've got sumptuous food in our newly refurbished East Coast Diner, or relax with a beer in our bar area.

Or why not try your hand at Pool or Air Hockey, in our fantastic amusement area, or simply relax, take in the sights and sounds of enjoyment at the centre.

If you're hungry or thirsty you couldn't ask for a wider selection to tickle your tastebuds! .

The bar area incorporates 12 of the lanes, 9 pool tables and can be used for public and private events. And to add to the excitement, Roger our dedicated DJ will put you in the party mood every Friday & Saturday Night until 12. 00 midnight.

Booked lane online which made the whole experience a lot easier our lane was ready and waiting the east coast dinner was well planned out although food took a long time was well worth the wait great value for money i haven't been here before but you can tell a lot of money has been spent led lighting adds to a great almost nightclub feel to your bowling except for the screaming kids but hay it is a family orrientated passtime bar area very smart and reasonably priced drinks one of the best bowling experiences we have had defiantly be going again maybe a little later in the evening next time great place to go and nice big car park and freeeeee

My son had an excellent 8th bday here on 8/10/17. Everything ran smoothly and the 15 kids all had fun. Will be returning. The only issue is no reception available on your phone.

I have been to RollerBowl many times and even provided a 5* review to it in the past. But yesterday's (13th Jan, 2018) embarrassment has forced me to change my review to 2*. The incident was as below: I paid deposit for Pool table equipment and was provided with one. Once I was done playing, I went to return the equipment and recollect my deposit. The guy who was at the counter collected the equipment back from me but denied giving back my deposit. He said that my name is not present in the deposit sheet they maintain. He was talking so rudely that I felt very embarrassed and decided to give up on my deposit. But he eventually returned my deposit. I would like to ask few questions to the RollerBowl management please: 1) If my name was not present in the deposit sheet, is that my fault or your staff's fault who maintain that sheet? 2) If your staff member was assuming that I didnt pay the deposit, then how did I get the equipment? 3) My to-fro commute from Ilford to your place cost me 40 minutes and £27. So, do you think I wasted my 40 minutes and £27 just to con you guys for a tiny deposit? This embarrassing incident forced me to cancel my dinner at your place and leave. Thank You Very Much!!

Very disappointing. Arrived at 1830 to be told there were no lanes free. There were several not being used. Waited 30 mins for food. Toilets were filthy. Eventually got a lane at 2030. Staff were rude, not all but most. Definitely needs some decent management and investment.

Staff need sorting out, never accepting booking although all lanes are free, called at 10am to book for 11 to be told completely booked up, they just dont want to do their jobs. Also extremely rude. This place needs sorting out and your staff need educating on manners and clearly need their eyes tested seeing as they cant see all those empty lanes

No one answers the phone, staff at the bowling reception unhelpful and can't cope when things get busy. Too busy chatting to each other and takes two people to serve one customer leaving a very long queue and the customers very frustrated even though there are two tills with one not being used. What benefit will these comments serve if Rollerbowl don't respond to the comments and the poor scores keep coming in?!
