My name is Clare Hunt and I am a clinical hypnotherapist, teacher and a KG hypnobirthing practitioner. I am an accredited member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council. I use a range of therepeutic strategies so that our sessions are personalised and beneficial for you.

People come to see me to help change their mindset and this can be for a variety of reasons. These include helping them to sleep soundly, perceive stressors differently, get rid of a phobias, lose weight or prepare for a big event in their life such as preparing for the birth of their baby.
