These guys are the bees' knees! They did an amazing job with my bike and clearly love what they do - they are the nicest people! Restored my bike and my faith in humanity at the same time! Thank you so much - I'm so chuffed to have my bike back on the road!

Went to a franchise bike shop, and was told the parts weren't manufactured anymore, and that I should get a new bike(that shop sold bikes starting at £300!). My bike had dodgy brakes, and problems with the gears. I'm so glad I went to rollquick for a second opinion! Took my bike in on a Saturday, fixed by Monday, and I picked it up on Wednesday! New brake and gear cables, scrubbed off the rust - rollquick offered me a range of options starting from a £12 basic fix to £100+ to make my bike as fancy as possible. I chose the £42 option which was reduced to £38 because they found cheaper parts. 10/10!

Having been told by another repair shop down the road that my bike was non repairable (but they do have one they can sell me!!) I took it to Rollquick for a 2nd opinion. How glad I am that I did. After just a day my bike was repaired to a high standard and had a brake cable/discs replaced, all for less than 40 quid. I'm so impressed with the fantastic service - thanks guys.

User

Very reasonable prices and brilliant service. All work was first cleared with me before it was undertaken and they completed it to a very high standard. The bike actually rides better than it did when it was new.

As always, when you find magic like Rollquick, you want to keep it a secret! This is a 6++ star company.

Dan and his team are really great people. I have bought 5 specially built bikes from Dan and, now that he finds himself in Gloucester Road (my manor!), I continue to pester him for sound bike advice and servicing.

What I like best is the Rollquick approach - Dan is a really personable chap with an instinctive and caring manner, which is certainly ideal for those who are new to cycling and bikes. You're not going to get that condescending behaviour which is so typical of larger/chain stores, so you can relax!

The ethos I take from Rollquick is that brand new bikes are great, but why do you want one when Dan and his team can build a bike for YOU for a fraction of the cost?? And what's more green than a bike that has been salvaged? In our throw-away society, Rollquick are the answer, and I would never consider going anywhere else.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgable. We got a great bike for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

User

Service was really good and helpful and the bike was serviced and checked before I took it home. Good to be served by someone who knew what they were doing.

Dan was able to build me up a great single speed very quickly for me to sort me out after my bike was stolen. Extremely pleased with product, the service and the price. Will be back when I next need help and would definitely recommend!
