We've been making our fudge here since 1996 with many tempting flavours to choose from. We use the finest ingredients resulting in a scrumptious, melt in the mouth crumbly fudge. You can see it being made in our shop on a daily basis so you can really see it is a handmade product. Why not treat yourself or someone else with a lovely gift box or bag of fudge too.

It's that time of year again and we have started our evening opening hours. We are now open between 10am and 9pm daily for the next few weeks. So, you have plenty of time for the beach in the day and can still get your tasty treats in the evening ¤śē

best fudge I've ever tasted I've returned again for more
Visited Ilfracombe this week for my sister wedding at the tunnels came in yesterday (1.4.16). Best fudge I have ever had!!!! 100g is not enough, it was all gone in 10mins. Will defiantly be coming back to Rolys if we ever visit Ilfracombe again!

Our favourite shop! It's the first one we vist every time come on holiday!. And then every time were in ilfracombe we come in! .... and when it's time to go home we buy more lol. Roll on next year when we are back down. But just realised I can order online!!! Happy pearce family ’┐Į’┐Į

As the Great Nephew of the Famous Alfred Price of Ilfracombe the mixed bag of 200grams of fudge i purchased was delicious and as i have now eaten it all i will be going back again tomorrow for some more before going for a paddle at The Beach
I went to rolys fudge yesterday seems to be a nice place which has 5 a star rating for food and hygiene sounds good so far when I got back home I cut it up and we ate most of it only to find a massive brown hair sticking out of it went back today to complain they offered me 100 grams of fudge as a sweetener how nice of them maybe they should make the guy who makes the fudge wear a hair net to avoid this reoccurrence nasty won't be going to rolys fudge again ever and I won't be recommending them either how they got 5 stars is beyond me!!!
