Excellent service once I had got through on the phone!.. document requested on Saturday and arrived on the following Wednesday which was well within the time promised.

If there were an option for no star or minus they would get it. When I tried to make an urgent application was refused entry by security staff who were so unhelpful you would be forgiven for thinking they were going out their way to be awkward. Told to call Customer service number which is constantly engaged and appointments number just rings and rings. Just got totally fobbed off by jobsworth and then a phone service that in real terms does not exist.

Appalling i turned up for a hearing in good time to be told it had been removed from the court list - no one could tell me why. Good job i only travelled an hour each way for the hearing then.

Calling the court resulted int he phones being disconnected. How on earth does the Judiciary system in this country is supposed to be treating it people fairly and seriously what a joke!

Lost info on case then said they didn't until I proved it with a letter they sent totally useless court do your self a favour go to another court. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT Court and staff

Awful. I took a builder to court at Romford a few weeks years ago. The judgement went in my favour. After contacting them recently to look into further action I was advised the case was never approved so no judgement??? Tools!! absolute waste of effort and money. I also sent documents to them recently and they claim it hasn't been received. Worst court. No help a complete mess!!??! Wish I could choose the court to have my case looked at.

Romford County Court offers a very bad service to the public for which you have to pay for. letters go unanswered - e mails never answered. the staff do not know what fees to charge and tried to over charge me - they are very unhelpful and every question is answered with 'take legal advice' when one is merely asking a question about a form not a LEGAL question,.

at a time when county courts are being closed all over the country this service needs to be made much more efficient - it is not a lack of staff there are plenty there but things do not get done. the communication between the baliffs and the court is non existent and the baliffs procedures take far too long on evictions. the whole area of evictions needs to be speedied up and a new system created.

i have not had good service during the last 5 years i have had to use the court on various issues and will be putting in an official complaint. it is not free and the public have to pay for this service and are not getting value for money.

Letter received the day before the deadline on a Saturday. I wonder if you can actually sue them for negligence or terrible service in general. Definitely do not listen to any of their advices.
